Shafei was established in 2005 and specializes in manufacturing, designing and marketing glass mosaic products. Our products are widely utilized as indoor and outdoor decoration on any flat surface or where bending can be applied, such as bathrooms, kitchen walls, lobby halls, murals, fountains, swimming pools, saunas and bars as well as other public places. We can also produce according to the customer's special needs to design different styles of the puzzle, border and foot line.
Our factory covers an area of 3,500 square meters and houses 150 employees operating advanced equipment including automated printing, cutting and product inspection lines. Our monthly output is 20,000 square meters and 90 percent of our products are exported to the US and Europe.
Our 10 R&D staff has an average of five years' experience. Every year, we reallocate 30 percent of our annual sales revenue for our R&D projects and as such they are able to release two new products each month and finish customized samples in 7 to 25 days. Our 15 QC personnel have three to five years' experience and we assign two of them for each production line.
